Adults BJJ

Adult classes run mornings and evenings, Monday through Saturday. Gi classes cover grips, control, and the fundamentals that hold everything else together. No-gi strips it back to movement, pressure, and timing.

Friday mornings are open mat — bring what you have been working on and drill it with the room.

Kids BJJ

Kids classes run at 5pm on weekdays, alternating gi and no-gi through the week. The focus is movement, fundamentals, and confidence — the same jiu-jitsu the adults train, adapted for smaller training partners.

Good to know

Questions before your first class.

If your question isn't here, call the gym and we'll help.

What should I bring to my first class?

Wear athletic clothing you can move in and bring water. If you own a gi, bring it. If you don't, call ahead and we'll tell you what you need for the class you're coming to.

Do I need experience to start?

No. Adults classes mix beginners and experienced students, and the schedule separates kids and homeschool sessions so everyone trains with the right group.

How much does a membership cost?

Adult memberships are $119 to $170 a month, kids memberships are $100 to $150 a month, and one-week and single-class passes are also available. Full list on the pricing page.

Do you offer discounts?

Fabio Novaes students receive 20% off monthly memberships. Law enforcement, first responders, and active military train unlimited for $119 a month.
